Being born and raised in Southern California has it’s advantages for this laid back backyard barbecuer. Access to a wide variety of locally grown food and easily accessible adventure from a variety of climates, makes Southern California the ultimate location to grill year round. Having spent time in the Navy, Paul has seen from a first hand experience how other cultures not only cook food but how much joy great food brings people. That simple expression of pleasure has been a driving force to what has quickly become a passion for him today. Grilling up crowd favorites or creating new recipes for his wife, family, or friends good cooking is always on the menu.
